Paweł is a software developer boasting over two decades of commercial experience. He has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including desktop, embedded, full-stack, mobile, and big-data applications. His career has spanned large global corporations as well as small software houses. For the past seven years, he has also served as a computer science instructor at several Polish universities, and has spearheaded R&D collaborations with top Central European educational institutions.

Beyond his technical skills, Paweł is passionate about nurturing effective teams and aiding both individuals and organizations in their growth. He is particularly enthusiastic about Domain-Driven Design and cherishes opportunities to work directly with customers.

In his spare time, Paweł delights in studying exquisite software architectures and enjoys the challenge of implementing them in real-world scenarios.
